COE prices for cars have recently dropped to an all time low of only $5k plus...as compared to during the time I purchased my car which is about $20K plus...

Looking at the prices of those cars, it is so tempting ...

Over-TRADE ? Butter-TRADE ? World-TRADE ?

Ain't Dat a BEACH

Today Baby Sarah had her first taste of Salt Water. Woke up early morning and felt like having a Big Breakfast meal thus, I woke up eveyone to inform them of my plan...Breakfast @ East Coast Mcdonalds.

We have been planning to bring "Little Dragon Sarah" to the beach for quite sometime and everytime we had to postponed it due to wet weather. But not today, eventhough the weather looked gloomy, I decided to take a shot for a Breakfast cum Beach outing.

It was her first experience with the sea. Looking at the wave that comes crashing in, I could see the fear in her eyes.

It was after much pacifying talk and 'Jedi' mind trick that she managed to calm down and be one with the sea.

Within 5 mins, she was feeling all confortable with the sea..

I brought her to a bit deeper side and let her have a taste of salt water.

As I did not bring along my swimming gear, her swimming session lasted for only 20 mins.

Enough for now...but we shall return...

The one time famous Marina Kids is back...and they are getting smaller and smaller...

Its been a while since I attended any D&D functions especially those organised by my workplace..

In recently years, D&D were replaced with overseas outings.This yr, they thought otherwise...to have a D&D instead...

Knocked off at 1830hrs on Friday evening, I slowly headed to my werkplace hall where the D&D were held.

Much have been talked about having organised the event at the workplace itself but I was rather impreased with the settings done.Everything seems to be in place for a D&D settings.

The event started with an opening speech and some medal presentations before the entertainments begin.I stayed till the end which lasted till 0000hrs. Nothing won that nite for the nite but I enjoyed the show very much. It just keeps getting better.

SALUTE to the team that have worked hard in organising the event.

House of Pain

The past few days was rather testing for me and family. Father in law was admitted to hospital for some severe stomach complications. He had to undergo an emergency operation due to the unberable pain.

It is time like that that I always tell myself, that sickness waits for no one. It can happen as and when it wishes to.. So take care of our body. Both Physically & Spritually.

It is also times like this that we realised the importance of having insurance.

Health Care cost in Singapore can be quite a challange for some of us. Thus having an insurance does make the difference should u wanna to have a confort stay. What you pay is what u get..*something to ponder upon*. Know what you a buying / paying for.
